Terms of stay and booking

What is included?

• Apartments are usually rented individually; larger groups may arrange to rent the entire villa.
• Meals are not included. A housekeeper can be arranged to prepare food by prior agreement.
• Bed linen and kitchenware are provided; there is no need to bring your own.
• Apartments are checked and prepared for the next guests at each changeover.

Arrival and departure times

Changeover is usually on Saturdays. To allow time for cleaning, we ask departing guests to leave by 10:00 and arriving guests to check in after 14:00.

Other arrival and departure times may be arranged, subject to availability.

Sauna and hot tub access

For guests staying in A1, use of the saunas, hot tub and table football, as well as caretaker services, is included without an extra charge.

Guests in other apartments may use these facilities when the whole villa is rented, subject to prior agreement.

The ground floor includes a Finnish sauna, steam sauna, small hot tub for up to four people, hydromassage showers and a compact gym. View apartment A1 and its photo gallery.

Deposit and payment

According to the villa's terms, a deposit of 30% of the total price, or another agreed amount, is due when the booking is confirmed. The balance should be paid no later than 15 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the hosts.

Payment of the agreed deposit signifies acceptance of the villa's terms. Sending an enquiry through the website does not confirm a booking.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is not included in the rental price and depends on the number of guests. The amount is determined by the officially prescribed rate applicable during your stay, while children under two are exempt.
